Job Summary
Life Support BI is hiring a minimum Bachelor Level Supervised Behavior Visitation Specialist Position. We are a mental health facility that serves families, at risk youth and children. Supervised Behavior Visitation Specialist must be available for weekends and evenings and be a reliable and an effective communicator. Ability to speak Spanish a plus. Experience with at risk families also a plus. Professional demeanor and appearance expected. Must keep accurate client records and be able to transport children to appointments.
Responsibilities
- Comply with all licensing and facility requirements
- Facilitate group and individual treatments through evidence-based treatment methods
- Execute intakes and assessments
- Every client must have their own treatment plan
- Accurate and detailed documentation of client treatment plan
- Perform ongoing wellness checks
Qualifications
- Must be highly organized
- Minimum degree in the field of counseling, social work or similar experience
- Must have current behavioral sciences field license
- Behavioral health specialist experience preferred
- Certified CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
