Position Summary
The Facility Ops Assistant Manager will be in the certification process for a manager role. They will be running workday reports, updating planning tools, and completing time tracking for team members. The Regional Manager and/or Area Lead will need to complete a final interview for this position.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for running payroll reports and tracking daily payroll
- Responsible for running Workday spend reports for expense control
- Responsible for ordering club supplies
- Assists staff in maintaining locker rooms, fitness floors, common areas, and amenities
- Responds to member feedback and provides follow up communication with solutions
- Assists the manager with monthly and annual budget recommendations
- Assists in training team members through providing on going training, coaching, counseling, and continuous feedback
- Serves on the club Safety Committee. Ensure policies and regulations are in compliance with OSHA regulations
- Assists with the recruiting and interviewing for the Operations department
- Attends weekly department head, Operations department, and "all club" meetings
- Builds positive relationship with members
- Coordinates and creates Operations staff schedules
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Operations and Maintenance experience
- Performance and Quality Assurance
- Proven Leadership and Communication skills
- Vendor Relations
- Finance and Business
- Able to perform physical tasks in Operations
Preferred Requirements
- Technology skills
- Mechanically Inclined or experience in repairs and maintenance
- Risk Management experience
