Position Summary
Supervises birthday parties and events for kids between the ages of one and eleven. Works alongside other Kids team members to provide a welcoming, entertaining and safe environment for our Life Time Junior Members and their guests. Oversees a variety of age-appropriate, fitness-based activities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervises and assists team members with restocking, cleaning and setting up party and event spaces.
- Coordinates with other departments and outside vendors to ensure parties and events run smoothly.
- Ensures quality experience and engagement for members and children via supportive supervision of party hosts
- Greets, acknowledges and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner

Facilitates organized activities and ensures children are active, interested, and safe throughout the party
Position Requirements
- First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire
- Ability to communicate and organize effectively
- Ability to sell and promote programs and services
Preferred Requirements
6 months of experience working with children
