Summary
JOB SUMMARY: Performs diagnostic echocardiographic ultrasound imaging procedures and measurements. Works independently and with other healthcare providers to perform ultrasonography procedures and present images and pertinent patient information for interpretation. Complies with LifeBridge patient safety mission, policies and procedures. Performs duties as delegated to fulfill the responsibility as a member of the unit team. Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and accountability in the Echocardiographer role.
REQUIREMENTS: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. 1-3 years of experience. Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer or Registered Cardiac Sonographer.
