Full-Time Hospitalist Wanted for Northwest Hospital in Baltimore County

LifeBridge Health, a $2B healthcare system with 13,000 team members, is seeking a quality and performance improvement-driven Hospitalist for our Northwest Hospital. Serving over 1 million patients annually throughout Maryland, we operate 5 main healthcare centers: Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, Northwest Hospital, Carroll Hospital, Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital, and Grace Medical Center.
About Northwest Hospital:
- Part of the LifeBridge Health System
- Non-profit hospital with 240 licensed beds
- Serving the northwest Baltimore community for over 50 years
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an Accredited Medical School - Required
- Board Eligibility or Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Maryland Medical License without restrictions
- Current CDS license, DEA certificate, and ACLS Certification required
- Must work well in a team environment and have excellent communication skills

Position Details:
- Full-time, employed inpatient position starting Summer 2025
- Our team consists of 17 employed physicians and 11 APP’s
- In-house physician coverage for medical/surgical/PCU and ICU patients
- Skilled in documenting appropriately
- Provide clinical support and direction to physician assistants
- Schedule: 7 days on 7 days off – 12-hour day
- No call required
- 100% clinical opportunity
- Closed ICU
- Engage with approximately 14-16 patients per day with a dedicated admitting team
