Summary
JOB SUMMARY:
- The Lease Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operation and integrity of the real estate portfolio data, consisting of medical and office space leased and owned by LifeBridge Health and its subsidiaries.
- This role will maintain and administer leased and owned property files and records, including abstracting documents; maintain the real property database; track critical dates and lease documentation; and assist in the creation, review, execution and distribution of lease documentation.
- The portfolio contains approximately 165 properties and 430 leases.
- Point-person for lease-related questions and lease management system inquiries
- Review and accurately abstract lease documents, amendments, and license agreements into the lease management system.
- Prepare preliminary drafts of leases, amendments, terminations and other documents.
- Lease Tracking and Reporting.
- Proactively track and monitor critical lease dates, track and respond to requests and inquiries and manage and update internal lease tracking spreadsheet.
- Assist with budgeting and expense analysis.
- Assist with other projects related to the company’s real estate portfolio.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
- Five years related experience in commercial real estate lease administration, preferably with office and retail leasing
- Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, positive attitude, friendly, helpful and responsive
