What are the responsibilities and job description for the VISITOR RELATIONS ASSOCIATE position at LifeBridge Health?
Summary
Work schedule: 12:00pm - 8:30pm
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for greeting and assisting all customers in the main lobby, surrounding areas and Visitor Center. Key resource in ownership of these areas by monitoring to ensure they are neat, organized, and clean in appearance. Serve as a resource to provide patient directory information. Responsible for screening of employees, visitors, vendors/contractors and medical staff that enter as a primary line of defense against the spread of COVID 19. Ensures all screening requirements are met and that all who enter the hospital are compliant with current PPE guidelines.
- Welcome and provide exceptional customer service to all customers including patients, family members, vendors and the entire Northwest Hospital Team and Medical Staff
- Coordinate in collaboration with the Volunteers, Security, Patient Access, Guest Relations, Transportation and other applicable departments our customers' needs
- Screens each visitor and logs information into appropriate system per Visitor Policy.
REQUIREMENTS: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills. 3-5 years of experience.
