How you will contribute to LifeNet Health’s success:
As a Records Review Coordinator you would compile and/or review records to ensure the distribution of safe and effective bio-implant products in accordance with FDA regulations, AATB’s Standards for Tissue Banking, and LifeNet Health procedures. Coordinate the daily flow of donor charts for proper and timely review.
What you’ll do:
- Review batch record and testing documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform product release, tissue movement and product hold functions in SAP.
- Initiate, review and complete non-conformance investigations.
- Using LEAN principles, identify mechanisms to strengthen and improve process controls related to record review functions.
- Compile and prepare production related documents and laboratory reports.
- Prepare and review quality documents and summary reports required by agreement for contract companies.
What you’ll bring (Minimum Requirements):
- Associate degree or completion of a certificate program from an accredited college or university.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year accredited college preferred.
- AATB Certified Tissue Banking Specialist Certification achieved within 2 years of employment and maintain certificate throughout employment.
- One (1) year of work experience in tissue banking, medical device, healthcare related or office environment reviewing records, data entry, or performing quality systems related activities.
