LifePath is an outpatient clinic offering a full complement of behavioral health services. We are seeking clinicians interested in sharing their skills, experience, and creativity with our dynamic team of professionals. Specializations in the following are encouraged to apply: DBT, CBT, MI, REBT, FFT, TF-CBT, or other. Applicants for the position must possess one of the following independent or provisional licenses to be considered:

• LPCC / LPCA
• LCSW / CSW
• LPP / LPA
• LMFT / MFTA
• LPAT / LPATA
• CPAF / CPsy
• LBA / LABA

This is a full time, salaried position with excellent benefits. Clinicians work on site, providing both office-based and TeleHealth services. This is an opportunity to join a vibrant and multi-disciplinary team with colleagues representing an array of specialty disciplines.

Qualifications:

• Must reside within a reasonable commutable distance of the clinic.
• Must have a valid professional license to practice in KY per above.
• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or eligible per CDC guidelines.

Location and Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Lexington.
