Role: Assistant Manager
Pay (not including bonus potential): $13.50 - $15.50 per hour

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and directing daily restaurant operations, contributing to the success and vibrant atmosphere of our establishment.

What You Will Do:
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Lead and direct daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager
- Supervise and train employees
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of Crew Members
- Motivate and coach Crew Members
- Assist in day-to-day operations, including scheduling, ordering, and team development
- Ensure compliance with safety and security policies
- Maintain fast, accurate service and an excellent customer experience
- Perform various tasks including runner/frontline coordinator, order taker/dining room attendant, grill operator, sandwich maker, fry station, drinks, and cashier
- Complete other duties as necessary
What You Bring to the Table:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math, computer, and internet skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- The ability to be flexible and adapt in any situation
- Able to stand for long periods on hard surfaces, occasionally in warm temperatures
- Able to lift supplies and materials
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment is preferred
- Proven track record of leadership or managerial skills is preferred
