Job Summary:

Lifescape Colorado is seeking an organized, client-centric, and adaptable individual to join our team as an Associate Sales Operations Manager. The Associate Sales Operations Manager will support the Sales team in driving sales efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves analyzing sales data, managing sales processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and has a strong understanding of sales operations and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Intake: Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and online forms. Ensure a high level of accuracy, client service and prompt maintenance of CRM records.
  • Sales Tracking: Monitor and track sales performance metrics, providing market insights and recommendations.
  • Sales Training: Manage sales training programs and tracking to ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate updates to the CRM system. Monitor pipeline health and provide regular reports on pipeline status and progression.
  • Process Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on lead status and conversion rates. Also assist in the development of sales forecasts and targets.
  • Marketing Support: Assist sales and marketing teams with business development events, collateral and programs as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related customer service role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (ASPIRE, PipeDrive, Salesforce, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
