Schedules:
- 12 Hour Shifts - Including 1 Weekend Day
- Typical Start Time: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Overnights Available
Typical Shifts Include:
- Front-Half (Sunday-Tuesday)
- Back-Half (Thursday-Saturday)
What would you do with twice the number of days off?
- 3 Day Work Week = 208 days off
- 4 Day Work Week = 156 days off
- 5 Day Work Week = 105 days off
Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively read, write, and document basic concepts in the English language
- Able to drive with valid license to transport clients in larger than normal vehicles
- Support daily living activities such as: laundry, making beds, cleaning, shopping, going to the movies or arcade
- Follow and implement individualized care plan, supporting them to achieve their goals Help foster and maintain their dignity, privacy, and comfort
- Assist adults with basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eating
- Assist with individual medical needs, including medication administration, utilizing team support as needed
- Communicate changes in supports/services and training objectives in the service plan, as well as any significant changes/concerns in the individual’s life, to team members
- Ability to understand and implement behavior intervention plans, treatment plans, orders related to medications, individualized person-centered support plans
- Report and document allegations/observations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation according to established policies and procedures
