We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Worship Leader to guide our congregation in worship through music and spiritual leadership on Sunday mornings. Responsibilities
- Lead congregational worship services, ensuring a meaningful and engaging experience for all attendees.
- Select appropriate music that aligns with the church's mission and message for each service.
- Collaborate with pastoral staff to plan worship services, including special events and seasonal celebrations.
- Communicate effectively with the congregation about upcoming worship events, music selections, and spiritual themes.
- Organize rehearsals for the worship team, providing constructive feedback to improve performance quality.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for all participants, encouraging involvement from diverse backgrounds.
