Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time Direct Care Companion in the Bethel Park area.

Position Summary:
The Residential Aide provides a high level of quality care to individuals while ensuring that each individual is treated with respect and dignity. Improves the quality of life for each individual by assisting them in learning to live and function as independently as possible in their home and community.
This full-time position works a two week rotating schedule of:
Week 1
3pm to 11pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday
3pm to 7am Saturday
Week 2
3pm to 7am Sunday
3pm to 11pm Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
Position Requirements:
- 18 yrs. or older
- Ability to lift 200 lbs. with assistance
- Valid driver’s license/auto insurance
- Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances
