Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time Direct Care Companion in the Plum, PA area.

The Residential Companion provides a high level of quality care to individuals while ensuring that each individual is treated with respect and dignity. Improves the quality of life for each individual by assisting them in learning to live and function as independently as possible in their home and community.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- 18 years of older
- Ability to list 200lbs with assistance
- AValid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI Clearances
Preferred:
- One year of experience in a Human Services Agency working directly with persons with disabilities, the elderly or children and youth
- Associates Degree or equivalent credits (60) which includes courses appropriate to the Human Services field
- Medication Administration Certification
- Firt Aid/CPR certification
This full-time position works:
Week 1: 3pm - 11pm Sunday, Wednesday and Friday
7am - 3pm Thursday
Week 2: 7am - 11pm Thursday
3pm - 7am Friday
3pm - 11pm Saturday
