Position Summary
Responsible for providing building maintenance, custodial and grounds keeping services to ensure buildings and grounds are clean and in working condition.
This part-time position works Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:30 to 3:00pm.

Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience with preventive building and equipment maintenance, basic plumbing, electricity principles, basic welding, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and/or boiler systems repair.
- Ability to read and write.
- Must possess a valid driver's license which legally permits operating a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania.
- Building Maintenance Certification.
