Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time Childcare Staff in the Butler area.

Position Summary:
The Teacher Aide provides a high quality of care to enrolled children. Ensures the needs of the children are being met and assists in the implementation and direction of daily routines and activities.
This full-time position works Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:

Candidate shall meet one of the following criteria:
- Possession of a Child Development Associate’s (CDA) certificate
- Completion of at least 2 years of full-time postsecondary study (60 credits) in a related field
- Possession of an associate’s degree or higher
- Demonstrated ability to complete basic computer tasks
- Possess strong communications skills (verbal and written); able to communicate information to a diverse audience
Preferred:
- One or more years’ experience teaching in an integrated classroom setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
- Private Academic Teacher Certification in Nursery/Kinder
