Responsibilities
Provides occupational therapy services, consultation and any required clinical supervision related to the provision of occupational therapy services, and functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IT) and assures compliance with all applicable standards.
Qualifications
Must be a QIDP; licensed and currently registered as an Occupational Therapist by the New York State Department of Education and who has one year related experience. May be required meet LAI's Vehicle Operator Requirements.

Commensurate with experience.
