What You'll Do
- Supervise and engage with children in a safe and loving environment
- Plan and implement activities that promote learning and development
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and homework
- Provide nurturing and positive care that supports each child’s unique needs
- Maintain clear communication with parents about progress, activities, and concerns
- Adapt to family schedules and provide reliable support
- Help establish and maintain routines and boundaries that align with each family's values
Requirements
- At least two years of professional childcare experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- CPR & SIDS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Willing to complete background checks, social media screening, and driving record verification (we cover all costs)
- Reliable transportation suitable for safely driving children
- Comfortable around pets (cats and dogs)
- No additional children allowed on the job
