Social Media Content Manager

Are you looking to gain experience in marketing, digital media, and design? We're seeking a creative content manager to join our naturopathic/functional medicine practice. This part-time position is perfect for marketing, communications, or video production professionals (or recent grads!) who want to make an impact in the natural health space while maintaining flexibility in their schedule.

Position Details:

15-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling

Hybrid arrangement: 8 hours in-office, flexibility for remote work

Starting May 2025

Starting pay $14/hour, based on experience

Located in Orange City, IA

Core Responsibilities:

• Create and manage engaging content and growth across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
• Produce and edit high-quality video content, from short-form social clips to weekly livestreams
• Maintain monthly newsletter and online course materials
• Handle content planning, scheduling, and analytics tracking
• Contribute creative ideas to grow our online presence and practice

What You Bring:

• Experience with social media management and content creation
• Video production and editing skills (familiar with tools like Premiere, FCPX, or CapCut)
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe apps, Meta Business Suite)
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Self-motivated attitude with an eye for creative opportunities
• Passion for natural health and wellness (big plus!)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
