Description
The Service Technicians primary focus is receiving service requests, troubleshooting issues, planning, and executing the repair. The Service Technician will ensure complete customer satisfaction while applying sound business judgement.
Requirements
Primary job tasks and responsibilities include:
- Receive and schedule inspections, maintenance, and repairs needed with homeowners
- Meet with the homeowner, set clear expectations of the scope of the project
- Professionally conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs needed
- Answer any questions that they homeowner may have
- Communicate with homeowner regarding their service status
- Communicate estimated timeframe to complete job with homeowners
- Communicate any obstacles to management, input is critical to the success of the company
- Deliver any necessary materials to installers to complete jobs
- Install and or service window and door projects
- Update/Upload all proper documents into company CRM
- Follow Lifetime practices, policies, procedures, and processes
- Attend weekly production meetings
- Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity
- Maintain ongoing training to current installers to enhance speed and efficiency
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Time management awareness on all aspects
- Coordinate the completion of any punch list items
- Additional duties and responsibilities to be assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively with homeowner, installation crews, internal staff, and company leadership.
- Ability to learn new technologies
- Comprehend and communicate efficiently with other employees
- Operate a computer with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Utilize a smartphone for business applications
- Verbal and written ability to provide correspondence and status or maintenance tasks
- Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to homeowner, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Read, write and communicate English, Spanish is a plus
- Strong commitment to time management
- Dependable and punctual with appointments, documentation, and commitments
Skills & Qualifications

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
