About the Role:
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking team members to help transform homes and businesses with beautiful holiday lighting. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a fun, fast-moving team, this is a great seasonal opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Install holiday lights and décor on roofs, gutters, trees, and landscapes
- Safely use ladders, lifts, and basic tools
- Follow design plans and installation guidelines
- Ensure lights are working properly and safely secured
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Assist with takedown after the season
Requirements:
- Comfortable working on ladders and roofs
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and work outdoors in various weather
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable transportation to job sites or crew meet-up points
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Prior roofing, landscaping, construction, or Christmas lighting experience is a plus—but not required (we provide training!)
