Job Title: Service Provider: Behavior Specialist Consultant
Location: In Person at Student's Home
Position Type: Independent Contractor
Job Summary: The BSC conducts observation and assessment of target behaviors, formulates a plan to improve functioning, and oversees the implementation of individualized IEP goals to teach replacement skills to students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provides consultation across the home/school/community setting in order to assist students.
- Provides training and consultation to the child’s team to teach positive, strength based interventions.
- Monitors outcomes and adjusts IEP goals as needed to assist the student to achieve positive outcomes.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally with students, parents, and educators.
- Previous experience in education setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of different behavior analysis methodologies and techniques.
- Ability to encourage, positively reinforce, and provide constructive feedback to students to build confidence.
- Proficiency with online teaching platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams) or ability to learn various online platforms.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
Qualifications:
- Active PA LBS license required
- FBI, PA State Criminal and PA Child Abuse clearance results within the past year, required
- 1 years experience in pediatric behavioral analysis/modification techniques, preferred
