Description
Raw Material Material Mixing and Intake Process 100%
- Mix material per specification to ensure production is set up for upcoming days to ensure proper blend and moisture content 40%
- Receiving incoming loads of raw materials and separate by species 20%
- Inspect quality of raw material to standard and notify plant leadership of any defects 10%
- Load infeed bin per production schedule requirements 10%
- Conduct loader inspections and perform loader maintenance 10%
- Communicate with co-workers regarding status of work flow 5%
- Other accountabilities as required 5%
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- One to two years loader operation experience in an industrial setting highly preferred
- Must possess good eye, hand and foot coordination
- Ability to concentrate for extended periods of time and multi-task
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis and stand and sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to climb up and down stairs to get in and out of loader with no fear of confined spaces or heights
- Requires the ability to do simple math calculations, use basic tools, and exhibit mechanical aptitude when conducting loader maintenance

Salary: $16 - 20 / hr shift differential
