Job Description:
- Prepare deposition, hearing, and trial binders.
- Prepare Expert binders for depositions and expert meetings.
- Requesting and updating all medical records/bills.
- Confirm request for copies/objections to NPNP documents.
- Draft letters to providers for medical records of lien holders.
- Assist in updating medical bill outlines.
- Organize litigation files for trial.

Qualifications:
- Experience in Litserv, preparation of binders for hearing/depositions and medical records.
- Exceptional written and oral skills.
- Must be organized and attention to detail.
- We are looking for a candidate who has litigation assistant experience of at least one year.
- Customer service is our priority so the candidate must have great phone and computer skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and professionalism.
- Bilingual is a plus, Spanish.
- Includes base salary range of $40,000 - $50,000.
- 1-week vacation after six months of employment.
- 2 weeks vacation after one year of employment.
- 3 weeks of vacation after two years of employment with the law firm.
- 6 federal holidays off per year.
- 6 personal/sick days per year.
- $50,000 life insurance policy paid by the firm.
- Health insurance (4 different options to choose from including a Health Saving Account – HAS) basic packet health insurance paid in full by the firm.
- Dental and Vision insurance are paid in full by the firm.
