Company Overview:
Our business provides recreational services for children as young as 18 months to 17 years old. We do this through a variety of activities and programming through clinics, tournaments, camps, and party/events.
Job Summary:
Creating a safe, fun, friendly, and structured environment for Summer and seasonal Programming. As a Youth Program Director, you will be responsible for the entire Seasonal Programming: Training, Customer Service, Hiring & Staffing, Marketing, Point of Sale system updates, Inquiries, and developing our programs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and welcome those participants in program
- Explain all program rules and policies to kids and parents
- Respond to all customer service inquiries regarding your program.
- Adhere to strict safety rules for all participants
- Manage and organize Employees weekly.
- Assist employees through their training throughout the program
- Distribute all marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- Willingness to be a Team Player and a Hard Worker.
- Prior experience with youth programs, but not required
- Must be able to communicate clearly with supervisors and with customers
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
- Be able to work on your feet for an extended period of time
- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends
