Limitless Abilities, Inc. focuses on Behavior Support Services to support individuals facing behavioral, social, or emotional challenges in all environments to achieve independence, self-determination, and inclusion. The service emphasizes empowering individuals and families by leveraging strengths and abilities to reach personal goals, including social skills, communication, daily living skills, and job competence.
This is a remote contract role for a Behavior Consultant at Limitless Abilities, Inc. The Behavior Consultant will be responsible for supporting individuals across the lifespan in addressing behavioral, social, or emotional challenges to enhance community participation and independence. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, implementing strategies,and collaborating with families and caregivers. A qualified Behavior Consultant candidate has IndianaMedicaid Waiver experience working with families, children, adults, individuals, and staff, utilizing the philosophies and measures with a proven track record of producing results, is preferred but not required.
Qualifications:
Experience in Behavioral Health or working with the Medicaid Waiver
Professionalism, including the ability to build rapport, collaborate and handle difficult situations with the clinical team and family, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with local agencies and co-workers
Ability to work independently and remotely with the willingness to drive to and throughout the Indianapolis area, and hold sessions in-person
Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis skills
Obtain 10 CEUs per year
A master’s degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, school psychology, or another applied health service area of psychology, applied behavior analysis, special education, social work, or counseling
Have an acceptable driving record and valid auto insurance coverage
As a Behavior Consultant at Limitless Abilities, Inc., you will work closely with our amazing team of Behavior Consultants to provide behavior support services.
Behavior Consultants hold sessions in the community and the individual's home
Manage a caseload of individuals, including staying within the contract hours and meeting the billable hours requirement
Complete assessments, observations, Behavior Support Plans, and reports in a timely and thorough manner
Train Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and families on Behavior Support Plans
