What We Do

Who we are looking for?
- Someone mechanically inclined, dependable, with 3-5 years experience in the HVAC trade
- Someone who can work safely following company policies
- Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
- Wire low voltage to heating and cooling equipment
- Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing & charging
- Install sheet metal and flex duct systems
- Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment
- Receive, verify and load all equipment and materials needed for each job
- Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors
- Properly fill out all paperwork required for each job
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle
- Any other assigned duties as directed by management
Qualifications:
- Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and have a good driving record
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
- Team player
Training:
- Lim-Ric will provide all of the training required for this position
