Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Lincoln Academ
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team here at Lincoln Academy This part-time position will work directly with students to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for speech, language, and communication disorders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a passion for working with children, and the ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess students’ speech and language abilities through a variety of methods, including standardized tests and observations.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and student needs.

Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders, following evidence-based practices.

Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and parents to ensure effective support for students.

Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students’ educational goals.

Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligible for licensure).

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required.

Experience working with children in a school or educational setting is preferred.

Strong knowledge of speech and language development, as well as various disorders and treatment approaches.
