Provides transportation to mental health consumers in the psychosocial rehabilitation program
A.
Transport members of the psychosocial rehabilitation program between home and program during assigned hours.
B.
Reports to work on time as scheduled and at the location assigned.
C.
Creates a supportive environment conducive to consumer learning.
2. Facilitates and monitors routine maintenance on agency vehicle and facilitates arrangements for outside service when necessary.
A.
Reports any problems with operation of vehicle in a timely manner.
B.
Schedules and delivers vehicle for repair and service appointments.
C.
Facilitates regular and timely van cleaning, fuel and oil checks as needed.
3. Completes all documentation in a timely fashion and meets requirements regarding time sheets, inventory list, supply orders, and vehicle maintenance logs as required by Agency policy.
A.
Completes vehicle maintenance logs and time sheets within required timeframe.
4. Provides pick-up and delivery of agency supplies, equipment and mail between the 5 sites.
A.
Provides interoffice mail delivery between LBS sites.
B.
Purchases program supplies and equipment as needed.
5. Assumes other responsibilities as assigned or required.
A.
When appropriate completes other assigned responsibilities in a reasonable established timeframe, with quality expectations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to establish professional working relationships with all staff.
- Appropriately articulates the view of the agency when networking in the community.
