What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Administrator position at Lincoln Property Company?
We’re looking for a Property Administrator to assist in coordinating all areas of administration and management relating to the assigned building(s). This person is a customer-centric individual and would love to start their career in Commercial Real Estate on-site at a property learning the ins and outs of asset and property management.
Desired Competency, Experience and Skills:
- 2 or more years’ experience in a front facing customer service capacity
- Real Estate experience a strong plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and professional
- Experience mastering new software and taking on projects
- Exacting when it comes to paperwork, reporting and basic financials
- Experience with admin functions like coordination of schedules and reporting
Responsibilities:
- Update and monitor the maintenance work order system and provide organizational support to the Property Management team
- Coordinate with engineering staff to address work orders and handle preventive maintenance schedules
- Prepare and process all accounts payable for the asset accurately and timely
- Receive tenant calls and follow-up to ensure satisfaction- building relationships and showing off your customer service and emotional intelligence skills
- Work on special projects to ensure the asset is top notch – by working closely with team members and managerial staff
