The Director of HR Services - Corporate serves as the primary HR Business Partner for Lincoln Tech's corporate employee population. The role ensures corporate employees receive seamless, high-quality HR support across all touchpoints. The Director partners closely with corporate leadership on day-to-day HR operational matters and collaborates across HR functional areas -- including benefits, employee relations, training & development, compensation, and data analytics -- to deliver integrated solutions. Over time, this role will develop deep understanding of Lincoln Tech's campus field structure to strengthen the connection between corporate HR services and field operations.

Corporate HR Partnership
- Serve as the go-to HR resource for corporate leadership on daily operational HR matters
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning specific to corporate functions
- Build trusted relationships with corporate leaders to understand their business priorities and translate them into HR solutions
- Act as an escalation point for complex or sensitive employee matters within the corporate population
- Partner with Benefits to ensure corporate employees understand and maximize their benefits programs
- Collaborate with Employee Relations to address corporate employee concerns and maintain consistent policy application
- Work with Compensation to support corporate salary planning, job evaluations, and market competitiveness
- Coordinate with HR Data & Analytics to ensure accurate reporting and insights for the corporate employee base
- Serve as the integrator across HR functions to deliver cohesive employee experience for corporate staff
- Ensure corporate employees receive responsive, high-quality HR support throughout their employment lifecycle
- Identify gaps in service delivery and implement improvements
- Champion initiatives that enhance engagement and retention within corporate functions
- Monitor employee feedback and sentiment to proactively address concerns
- Develop comprehensive understanding of Lincoln Tech's campus field structure and operations
- Learn how corporate functions support campus needs and where dependencies exist
- Build relationships with field HR counterparts to understand their challenges and priorities
- Support strategic actions that occur in support of campuses.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen alignment between corporate HR services and field support
- Oversee HR processes and workflows specific to the corporate employee population
- Ensure data integrity for corporate employee records and transactions
- Support onboarding, transitions, and offboarding for corporate hires
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Lead HR initiatives and projects that impact the corporate employee base
- Support organizational changes, restructures, and consolidation efforts
- Contribute to enterprise-wide HR projects with corporate employee perspective
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR operations including payroll, benefits, HRIS, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of federal and multi-state employment laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data for decision-making and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
- 5 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated HR business partner expertise.
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels.
- Excellent judgement in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
- Familiarity with ADP enterprise V6.
