What are the responsibilities and job description for the Low Voltage Instructor position at LINCOLN TECH?
Inspire the next generation of Low Voltage Technicians! Lincoln Tech in Marietta, GA is seeking licensed and experienced Low Voltage Electricians to share their passion for the industry and teach in our Electrical and Electronics Systems and Technology program. No teaching experience? Do not worry, Lincoln Tech has successfully transitioned experienced electricians with limited or no teaching experience into successful educators.
KeyQualifications
3 years' experience inanyof the following:
- Fire Alarm Technician / Fire Detection systems
- Security Alarm Technician / CCTV & Surveillance Technician
- Access Controls / PLC's
- Telecommunication, Fiber Optics and/or Audio Visual
Responsibilities
- Teach and provide hands-on training in Electrical and Electronics Systems in our fully equipped facility.
- Facilitate and effectively deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum.
- Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability,
- Evaluate and communicate progress with students.
- Teach students about the importance of safety and compliance.
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient with technology
- Teaching experience a plus
- High school diploma/GED
