RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate and effectively deliver established nursing curriculum in the classroom and in a clinical setting
- Demonstrate nursing techniques and provide sufficient practice to students to develop skill proficiency
- Evaluate learning outcomes of students and maintain accurate student records
- Prepare students for the NCLEX exam and for an exciting career in nursing!
- Upon meeting the criteria and payable under the terms of Lincoln Tech's Employee Sign-on Bonus Agreement
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- BSN required; MSN a plus!
- Active CT RN License
- 3 years of recent nursing experience
- Experience in any of the following:
- Med-Surg
- Maternity and Pediatric
- Long-Term Care nursing is a plus!
- Teaching experience is a plus, but not required
- Proficient with technology
