What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contact Lens Technician position at Lincoln Vision Center?
A contact lens technician must possess the technical skills needed to operate the clinic instruments and perform tasks in order to provide quality patient care.
You must be able to provide excellent customer service to patients and assist doctors with selection of contact lenses. You must provide customer education and have good sales techniques. You must be able to document efficiently and accurately a patient's contact lens history and order in the EMR chart. Pay is dependent on experience.
Scheduled Hours: Approximately 36-40 hours per week. Hours include one evening until 7:00 p.m. and two Saturday's a month from 7:45am-noon.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
