We are a global leader in the production and application of plasma spray coatings and additive manufacturing technologies. We are recognized experts in casting, 3D printing, surface treatments, plasma spray, machining, physical vapor deposition (PVD), and titanium anodization used for medical device and other applications.
The Lincotek facility in Molalla is an investment casting company focused on the orthopedic market, we recently added the ability to finish implants using state of the art equipment. We continue to invest in capital equipment to support the growth and are in need of additional associates in a number of positions support the growth.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
The primary functions include reviewing computer input and output documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to establishment standards by performing the following duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the Major Responsibilities, including the following:
- Assists in maintaining, updating, and archiving manufacturing and quality records.
- Posts computerized records to document management system and ensures availability of quality documents to manufacturing.
- Notifies supervisor of documentation errors, makes corrections or forwards to follow EDC procedures.
- Assists with printing and assembling job travelers and laser etch instructions for production. Ensures documentation accuracy.
- Aids quality and project management team as needed.
- Works overtime as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY:
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
