Job Description

Summary : As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be the technical point of contact for our clients and internal stakeholders. You will be the expert on our advertising solutions, consulting clients on best practices, and resolving any technical issues that arise. Technical Solutions Consultants are naturally curious, comfortable working in ambiguous situations, and adept at creating innovative solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities :

Develop technical expertise in our advertising products (signal, measurement, and delivery) and provide consultative guidance to clients and partners on best practices and custom setups.
Resolve technical issues related to clients; usage of our advertising solutions.
Collaborate closely with sales teams and Tier A advertisers to address client issues, prioritize tasks, and develop market or vertical plans for technical services.
Escalate potential bugs to product and engineering teams and drive resolutions.

Skills :

BA / BS in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related degree.

2 years of experience in the Digital Advertising and / or Technology industries.

Experience managing a multi-million-dollar book of business, with the ability to autonomously prioritize and communicate effectively with sales and clients.

Experience with technical troubleshooting for Advertising & Business technologies and ecosystem (e.g., Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, Meta SDK, Meta Pixel).

Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions for non-technical audiences.

Experience troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery.

Experience working with web technologies, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.

Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs.

Location : Remote (United States)

Role type : Contract 9 Month Position

Expected hours : 40 per week
