What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teller - Eureka position at Lindell Bank?
As a bank teller you will accurately and efficiently process and record transactions for bank customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform banking tasks, including making deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cash advances, receiving loan payments, and cashing checks
- Balance cash drawer on a daily basis
- Scan work for image capture
- Process address changes, credit card payments and collect safe deposit box rental fees
- Comply and stay up-to-date with bank policies and procedures and banking regulations
- Demonstrate good risk management decisions, such as a solid understanding of guidelines for fraud prevention and robbery
- Assist customers by answering questions, resolving complaints, and cross-selling other products and services
Qualifications:
- Cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- General math skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer knowledge and data entry skills
