- Welcoming customers to the dealership and making them feel at home
- Asking questions, listening, and matching people with vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
- Presenting and explaining vehicle features in a fun, simple, non-pushy way
- Going on test drives and creating an exciting, comfortable experience
- Using text, phone, email, and social media to follow up with leads and past customers
- Working with our team to structure deals, complete paperwork, and finalize sales
- Staying up to date on our inventory, specials, and the latest automotive tech
- Building long-term relationships so customers actually *want* to come back and see you
