What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Estimator position at Lindstrom Restoration?
Lindstrom Restoration is hiring a Senior Repair Estimator! Our Estimators play a vital role in project development and delivery. Our estimators develop detailed, fair and accurate Xactimate estimates to restore buildings to pre-loss condition. Then, they work closely with the client to reach approval of our estimate with insurance. During the insurance approval process, our Design Team works to finalize any remodeling requested by the client. The final step is to merge the Insurance Repair Estimate with the Change Order Estimate. From there, it's keeping up on Change-Orders and Supplements when they arise.
