About the Leasing Manager position:
We are seeking a highly qualified, motivated real-estate leasing agent in the Philadelphia, Bucks, and Montgomery counties. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years experience with a Philadelphia Apartment Association member company and have experience with leasing up to 100 units per year. He or she should be prepared to demonstrate proven and measurable results. This is a fast-paced, high intensity role in a dynamic work environment and the ideal candidate will have appropriate background skills.

Outgoing and self-starting
Skilled at initiating relationships
Following up and overcoming objections
Outstanding customer service and sales skills are essential to the position.
Weekend hours and scheduling flexibility are requirements for this position.
Candidates must have regular access to a vehicle and be legally allowed to drive in the state of Pennsylvania; some commuting will be required for this position.
Rent collections
Enter maintenance requests in the software
Confirms maintenance tasks are complete
Handles Move ins and Move outs
Handles general resident concerns
