Salary Range: $20.00 - $26.00 Hourly

Description
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Home Care * up to $5,000 sign-on bonus *
- Administration of medications and immunizations.
- Observe, measure, record and report clinical data relating to patient’s health status.
- Perform clinical procedures such as, catheterizations, trach suctioning and dressing changes.
- Provide emotional support and health teaching to patients and families.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a NYS approved LPN program and Current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse Registration.
- One (1) year previous medical/surgical experience within the last five years. Two (2) years experience in a Home Health Agency (CHHA, LTHHCP, or Hospice) and/or Long Term Care preferred.
