We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to join a high-performing team in a challenging and rewarding environment. This position offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits from day one, and bonus opportunities, including a $2,500 signing bonus and additional incentives for successful performance milestones.

Schedule : 12-hour rotating shifts with a 4-week rotation (14 workdays per 28 days, including 7 consecutive days off).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair machinery essential to the production process.
• Participate in and promote safety initiatives to meet organizational goals.
• Develop and sustain positive working relationships within and outside the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues using tools like voltmeters, meggers, and power distribution one-lines.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

1–3 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance.

Proficient in troubleshooting electrical systems and motor schematics.
