Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Electrical work
- Initiate, organize and manage the vehicle cleaning program.
- Schedule all maintenance appointments and have vehicles transported to and from dealership.
- Maintain detailed records for all of Linwood Center vehicles.
- In conjunction with the Training Director, develop, organize, operate and teach the Drivers’ Training Program.
- Perform vehicle checks twice a week. Replace the memory card in the cameras and turn memory cards in to the Business Director.
- Keep the Vehicle Log organized, up to date and with all pertinent information in case of an emergency.
- Enter data into Enterprise Software.
- Attend weekly meetings with Business Director to update on any issues.
- Request PINS-receive email from supervisor. Email must contain employee name and email address.
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
- Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Must have some knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- Minimum of one year relevant experience is required
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Must be able to drive, have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must be able to complete reports in a timely manner and must demonstrate the ability to organize and properly document that which is required by regulation and by Linwood.
- Must be able pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Must possess a skill-set that includes the ability to interface in a professional manner with Linwood staff, parents, students and other professionals.
- Must have the physical capabilities to lift and move materials and the expertise to use tools and machinery associated with the performance of all maintenance duties.
