Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize 10 years of experience to provide comprehensive support in network infrastructure and security, covering firewalls, switches, NAS, WAP, VLANs, IoT, and DMZs.
- Possess extensive knowledge of server operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Unix.
- Offer remote assistance to clients through screenshare, emails, and phone calls, ensuring effective troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Willingness to travel onsite when required to support various clients located in the Hampton Roads Area.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service while being self-motivated to meet or exceed set expectations.
