Position Overview:
As the Regional Director of Clinical, you will provide strategic clinical leadership and guidance to our skilled nursing facilities, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Your role will encompass oversight of clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and the development of innovative care initiatives. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable RN leader with a passion for excellence in long-term care.
Responsibilities:
· Clinical Leadership: Provide strategic clinical direction to multiple skilled nursing facilities, ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident care.
· Regulatory Compliance: Oversee and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as adherence to industry standards and best practices.
· Clinical Assessment: Collaborate with facility teams to develop and implement innovative care plans and initiatives that enhance patient outcomes.
· Quality Improvement: Lead and support quality improvement efforts, identifying areas for enhancement, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
· Staff Development: Provide guidance to facility DONs and clinical staff, assisting in their professional development, and fostering a positive clinical culture.
· Regional Oversight: Conduct regular visits to facilities within the region to assess clinical operations, share best practices, and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
· Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid and unrestricted license.
· Minimum of 2 years of successful experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
· Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of SNF regulations, best practices, and quality improvement processes.
· Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide clinical teams.
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
· Dedication to continuous quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
