The IDEAL Program Coordinator will provide administrative support for the IDEAL director, as well as general program support in the areas of admissions, events, social media, and office management.
- Manage admissions applications each year
- Track correspondence with prospective students
- Schedule and lead tours with prospective families
- Coordinate invitations to experience day
- Manage summer academy applications process
- Attend transition fairs
- Keep up with regular posts on social media
- Keep marketing materials and website up to date
- Coordinate annual 5k and cornhole tournament
- Assist with other events, as needed
- Maintain alumni database and regular correspondence
- Coordinate alumni event
- Order supplies
- Track purchases
- Reconcile credit card receipts
- Comfort with excel and google required
- Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred
