Customer Service Associate / Cashier
Our Mission is to be the number one destination for Wine & Liquor in the Syracuse Area. As a Team member, you will be expected and responsible for proactively assisting customers with their purchases and offering recommendations, stocking shelves, keeping neat and clean. We are looking for a reliable, personable, and Liquor store experience a plus
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Incredible professional service to our customers
- Share your knowledge to suggest products
- Stock shelves and displays, rotate product
- Maintain the overall appearance of the store
- Efficiently and accurately complete transactions while checking out customers in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in a liquor store setting and knowledge about wines/liquors preferred.
2. Experience in Customer Service required
3. Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to work as a team with the fellow staff.
5. Excellent verbal communication & math skills.
6. Clean background/work history, background checks required.
7. At least 2 job references required.
8. Available to work flexible shifts.
9. Maintain stock, intake deliveries, keep the shelves full & keep the store clean.
10. Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds.
11. Ability to Stand, Bend, and Carry boxes.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
