What are the responsibilities and job description for the Beverage Cart Attendant position at Lisle Park District?
Job Summary: The Golf Cart Attendant serves as an ambassador for the Lisle Park District’s River Bend Golf Club and creates an excellent presentation while providing quality customer service throughout the customer’s round of golf. This position is responsible for selling drinks and snacks on the golf course and manages inventory of drinks and account for cash received.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare an assortment of alcoholic drinks and serving those 21 years of age or older.
· Serve non-alcoholic drinks and various snacks.
· Receive and record all monetary transactions on tablet provided.
· Keep beverage cart properly stocked and maintained
· Document any product loaded on beverage cart on the required forms.
· Perform all duties within the guidelines of the Park District safety program.
· Communicate with management and starters about the schedule for the day.
· Greet customers with exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
· Must be 18 years of age who also possesses a BASSET Certification.
· Possess basic math skills to handle cash transactions.
· Friendly and outgoing personality.
· Ability to lift supplies into beverage carts and stock area.
SCHEDULING & PAY: This is a seasonal position starting April 1, 2026 and ending in November (weather dependent). You can expect to work about 10-25 hours per week. Scheduling will includes various shifts Monday through Sunday.
