The Role:
You’ll be responsible for maintaining the property’s buildings, systems, and units, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on schedule. Our residents rely on us for quick, efficient repairs — so a strong work ethic, great communication, and a sense of urgency are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance requests and repairs in occupied and vacant units
- Handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs
- Complete apartment turns quickly and to company standards
- Maintain property curb appeal and common areas
- Respond to after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis
- Keep accurate records of work orders, inventory, and supplies
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in apartment or residential maintenance preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple trades
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor with residents
- Must have reliable transportation and basic maintenance tools

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
